JOINT VENTURE:Developing Long-Term Strategies Of DIC-INTRACO

DIC Investement and Trading Joint Stock Company and Huu Nghi Cement Joint Stock Company formed a cooperative joint venture to produce clinker on August 26, 2014 at Thuy Van Industrial Zone, Viet Tri City, Phu Tho Province, Vietnam.

DIC Investement and Trading Joint Stock Company, managed by Ministry of Construction, initially was a subsidiary of DIC Group, with more than 20 years of experience in building materials manufacturing and trading, investment and business project. We are proud to be the pioneer to mark Vietnam on “Clinker exporting countries map”.

Huu Nghi Cement Joint Stock Company is a long lasting partner of DIC. Huu Nghi Company owns many clinker production line with large capacity and stable quality. Besides, DIC holds 49% of the Charter Capital of Huu Nghi Cement JSC.

As per signed Agreement, each party will contribute 1 clinker production line to the venture and jointly operate rotary kiln system with the total capacity of 2.400 metric tons / day (equivalent to 1 million tons of cement / year). The partnership of the two companies will ensure supply of clinker quality and the development of Vietnam clinker export markets.
